I had a wonderful experience at alert! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the service was excellent. The baristas were friendly, professional, and really knew their craft. My coffee was perfectly made—rich flavor, great aroma, and beautifully presented. I also appreciated how quickly everything was prepared despite the shop being busy. Highly recommend alert Coffee to anyone looking for great drinks and great service. I’ll definitely be coming back! The salted caramel coffee was perfect made and muffins was delicious

Not my first time visiting nor will it be my last time. I have been going there almost every week for a year. The coffee there is great and I’ve never seen such staff, they’re extremely friendly and welcoming. 1. Food: The coffee there is great! I always get the iced white mocha and cookies but I have also tried their matcha latte, hibiscus iced tea, raspberry ice tea, hot chocolate. I honestly think the prices are a bit overpriced for the quantity. 2. Service: I honestly don’t think I can say anything negative about their service; nothing but positive vibes. 3. Atmosphere: The atmosphere is really quite except on weekends, but it also varies on what the time is. I think the most interesting thing in the entire cafe is the fact that they have a huge variety of games there.

This café feels just like home! The staff is so friendly, and the coffee is amazing. The turkey sandwich is my favorite—so tasty! The seating is really comfy, and the vibe is perfect for relaxing. It's also a great place to work or study. Definitely recommend it for great food and a cozy atmosphere!
